Full-body fitness workout to improve condition, strength endurance, coordination and responsiveness. The workout includes elements from Asian martial arts such as karate, tae-bo and taekwondo as well as aerobic elements and is practiced in the form of choreographies to fast rhythmic music. The endurance-based workout is not a martial arts course and is not designed for self-defence, but purely fitness training.
