Description
Health-oriented strength endurance training consisting of a combination of physical exercises and gymnastics to stabilize the spine, improve and build up the back and trunk muscles and prevent neck and back pain. In addition to your own body weight, small devices such as rubber bands, tubes or dumbbells are also used. The exercises can be carried out at different intensities and are therefore suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.
