Description
Joint-gentle gliding training to improve trunk stability and deep muscles. The slide training with the hands and feet on the slide pads creates a body tension that trains balance, posture and sensorimotor skills as well as coordination. The deep muscles, especially the so-called core area between stomach and back, are extremely challenged.
