Specific indoor cycling training to increase and improve general endurance and strength endurance through the high use of the leg and buttock muscles. Indoor cycling also improves the performance of the cardiovascular system and boosts fat burning. The training takes place on modern indoor bikes from Life Fitness®, accompanied by rhythmic music. The exercises can be carried out at different training speeds and intensities and are therefore suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.
